Stress Reduction Exercises and Meditation- Michael Kusalaba

When: Monday, March 25, 2019 - 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Where: Michael Kusalaba Library at MK Meeting Room (Large)

Everyday stress is known to negatively impact your health, so join us for a peaceful meditation session where we will learn techniques for deep breathing and relaxation. Please bring a comfortable pillow or yoga mat. Space is limited and registration is required. Register in person, online via our Events Calendar, or by calling 330-744-8636. For adults and teens.
