Know Your Numbers- Austintown

When: Wednesday, March 20, 2019 - 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Where: Austintown Library at AU Meeting Room (Large)

Attend the "Know Your Numbers" workshop sponsored by Mercy Health Youngstown. Your instructor will walk you through a number of common health related lab values, and review blood sugar levels and blood pressure ranges.  You will leave the workshop understanding what is normal, what your results mean, and what lifestyle changes are needed.
