Indictment: Austintown man whipped children, woman hid details

An Austintown man and woman have been indicted by a Mahoning County Grand Jury after what a school resource officer said was the worst case of child abuse she had ever seen. Thirty-three-year-old Jeremy Betts has been indicted on four charges of child endangering.  In addition, a woman now faces charges in the case- 60-year-old Gloria Betts is charged with two counts of child endangering and two counts of obstruction of justice.  Police were called to Austintown Elementar...
