Youngstown Roberto's restaurant open again

After nearly a month, patrons can once again dine at Roberto's Italian Ristorante. The popular Federal Street restaurant reopened Wednesday after being closed since January 9.  The restaurant had been forced to close after receiving a notice on the door from the tax commissioner.
