Drug Task Force finds crack cocaine, cash during East Liverpool raid

One man is facing criminal charges after telling police he didn't know why his home was being raided by the Columbiana County Drug Task Force.  Task Force officials say 37-year-old Brandon Douglas was arrested Wednesday morning, during a search inside a home on Ohio Avenue.  Officials say they found 14 grams of crack cocaine, more than $300 in cash, and digital scales.  East Liverpool Police say Douglas was taken to the police station at which point he told officers ...
