Water main break shuts down portion of Warren's Downtown Square

A water main break in Downtown Warren has left a section of the heavily traveled Downtown Square closed to traffic.  A large crater filled the center of West Market Street on Monday afternoon, as crews worked to repair the line break.  The roadway was shut down between Pine Avenue and Park Avenue while crews work.  The break is just one of several crews have spent Monday repairing.  Officials say last week's extreme freeze followed by the warmth over the past s...
