Warren juggles multiple water main breaks

Crews in the city of Warren are dealing with multiple water main breaks as the valley thaws out from a deep freeze earlier this week. City Safety and Service Director Enzo Cantalamessa tells 21 News that the city has had nine water main breaks over the past 32 hours as of Saturday morning.
