Day 2 of bitterly cold temperatures:  How is the Valley coping?

It was the second day the Mahoning Valley experienced sub zero temperatures, but more people seem to be venturing outside for work or even just to take a walk. So how is the area coping with these bone chilling temperatures? It was a bit shocking to see Joseph Ginet of Philadelphia and a friend taking a leisurely walk in Mill Creek Park with the thermometer only reading seven-degrees.
