Frozen body found in parking lot of Youngstown Dollar General

Detectives from the Youngstown Police Department are investigating after a body was found in a car outside of the Dollar General on McCartney Road.  Officials say they found the victim, a woman in her late 70s, frozen stiff. As of now, investigators believe the woman died of natural causes, and say there are no signs of foul play.  The Mahoning County Coroner is investigating the official cause of death.
