Update: Hostage situation resolved at Youngstown prison

There is an ongoing hostage situation at the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center.  Authorities say that one inmate is holding another inmate hostage.  This is a developing story so stay connected to 21 News and download the 21 News app for updates.
