Pipe burst cause St. Elizabeth Hospital to close cardiac rehab facility

The bitterly cold temperatures are affecting businesses and schools alike within the Mahoning Valley, that doesn't exclude St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown where a pipe burst in the Cardiac Pulmonary Rehabilitation Facility.
