Bone-chilling temps, winds today call for caution

Bill Rupnik of Hermitage, Pa., walks Tuesday on East Golf Drive in Mill Creek Park when the temperature was about 20 degrees. It's going to be considerably colder today with the high below zero and dropping to around minus-10 degrees tonight.
