Valley shelters offer a warm place for those in need

Valley shelters are ready to help, for those in need of a warm place to stay. With dangerously cold weather expected over the next few days, local missions are reminding people they are offering a warm place to stay.    Both the Warren Family Mission and the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley currently still have space available.  Officials say if need be, they will temporarily set-up mats on the floor and work with other shelters to find open beds and provide tran...
