Flooding closes part of Route 165 in Mahoning County

Drivers who use part of State Route 165 in Mahoning County will have to find another route until water recedes. The Ohio Department of Transportation announced on Thursday morning that Route 165 is closed between State Route 46 and U.S. 62 due to flooding.
