Groundbreaking for new Boardman surgery center

Dismal weather on Wednesday did not dampen the enthusiasm at a groundbreaking ceremony for a new surgery center in Boardman. An eight and a half acre site on Crossroads Drive just north of East Western Reserve Road will be the new home of The Orthopaedic Surgery Center, which will relocate from it's facility on Market Street at Akron Children's Hospital.
