U.S. Marshals arrest one of ringleaders in historic drug case

The Director of the Columbiana County Drug Task Force, Brian McLaughlin, confirms that the U.S. Marshal's Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force from Youngstown and Cleveland have arrested Anthony Jackson in Cleveland. Jackson was taken in to custody inside a Cleveland apartment on Wednesday.  U.S. Marshals have been looking for him for about 14 months.
