Ohio gun bill gets mixed reaction

In a rare post-Christmas session, lawmakers met in Columbus today to vote on three bills recently vetoed by Governor John Kasich. Those bills focused on guns, abortion, and medicaid.  When the final votes were tallied, the Ohio House and Senate approved a new gun law, struck down the heartbeat bill, and did not override a veto by the Governor that cut short an attempt to freeze enrollment in Ohio Medicaid Expansion.
