Austintown Artist plans to present portrait of Parkcliffe fire victims to family

On Saturday a nationally known Austintown artist will privately present a hand sketched portrait to the family of the Parkcliffe fire victims.  Hoping it will comfort them at a time when their hearts are still hurting. Ron Moore says, "I was always taught when you give somebody something you give them your best, and artwork is the best thing I know how to do."
