Special needs 'Winterfest' dance takes place in Girard

It was a night of fun at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard for the annual Special Needs Winterfest. This winter dance is held specifically for high school age students with physical and developmental disabilities. Parents were only able to be at the dance during certain times so their teens could interact with others from different schools.. Organizers say this event means the world to these kids.
