The Youngstown City Christmas tree was lit in many ways one by lights and one by fire. The tree was lit more than a half hour 45 minutes before it started to smolder then the Youngstown fire department had to unplug it. Charles Sasho the project engineer of the city said there was a short in one of the many wires that ran through the entire tree. The tree was finally relit but the square was blocked off on all sides. Why?
