The City of Youngstown, Youngstown CityScape and title sponsor Home Savings will&nbsp; present the Youngstown Holiday Parade &amp; Tree Lighting Ceremony. Festivities begin throughout downtown at 4 p.m. The parade will commence at 6:30. The route will begin on E. Federal Street near Champion and will finish on W. Federal Street at Symphony Place. The tree lighting will take place immediately following the parade (approximately 7:30), followed by pictures with Santa. Other activities include: Youngstown Holiday Flea at DeYor Performing Arts Center from 4 to 8; SPRUCE Holiday Pop-Up Shop, 217 W. Federal. free admission to Oh Wow Children&#39;s Center from 5 to 7:30 p.m., free admission to Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center from 4 to 8 p.m. and Youth Jersey Giveaway Night at Youngstown Phantoms at 7:30.
