Boardman man arrested after fatal Jackson Township crash

A Boardman man has been arrested and charged after a fatal accident that took place back in June. Forty-six-year-old Michael Romigh has been charged with one count of vehicular homicide and one count of vehicular manslaughter.  Romigh was indicted earlier in November by a Grand Jury in the Mahoning County Court. Investigators said Romigh was driving a Pontiac Grand Am on Blott Road on June 22nd when he failed to yield at the intersection of Rosemont Road.  Officials said...
