Teen accused of exposing himself twice at local institution

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after a teenager is accused of exposing himself to two juveniles in Mercer County. According to troopers, the 13-year-old suspect exposed his genitals to an 11-year-old earlier this month at George Junior Republic in Grove City.  The 13-year-old is accused of exposing himself for a second time to a 14-year-old victim at the same place earlier this week.
