I'm sorry I wasn't clear with my statement.

In order to receive the publication, one has to mail the subscription card to an address in Cleveland, Ohio.
This implies that the Valley Magazine is being produced in Cleveland and not at a publisher/printer in the Youngstown area.

Jay. Because they obviously want to spread the Positive Word about the NEW Mahoning Valley. The only problem is we are going nowhere with the Liberals running this area to the ground..
