I was informed this afternoon that the artist rendering for the new 7th District Court of Appeals Building that the TV stations have been showing is an older version, and changes have been made. As soon as the new version is available, I'll be posting it at my webshots site. It will really be a beautiful asset to West Federal, and hopefully encourage some developer to do something with the Kress Building.

Since the 7th Court of Appeals covers 8 counties, it would be great as a legal building where attorney's can have office space when they come here for trials.

A great idea would be to have small offices on the upper floors fully equipped and the first floor could be used for support services such as a Temp Secretary Agency, and an answering service.
