Is this TRUE? Chevy Center to be ran by the Mt. Calvary Church?

As far as I know if the Mayor tried to do that the ACLU would be down his back to fast that he wouldn't know what hit him. That building has been funded with FEDERAL DOLLARS.

I know that there are some people here who don't like Bishop Wagner for their own personal reasons, but to post heresay without showing any FACTUAL PROOF  is dead wrong.

Back your post up with fact Mr. Bellamy admissible in a court of law instead of tossing heresay up against the wall to see if it sticks.

Is the City donating the Chevy Center to Mt. Calvary Church?

Today we heard that Mayor Williams will be donating the new Chevy Center to his pastor Bishop Norman Wagner and Mt. Calvary Church to form a Mega Church complex in downtown Youngstown....Is this TRUE?
