I had to drive to several places today.  Actually the roads were not that bad.  This powdery snow was easier to drive through than the wet snow that becomes very slippery and eventually turns to ice.

As expected, most of the main roads have been plowed.  It's the neighborhood streets that are usually last on the list.

.  I took the WRTA this morning at 8am I have seen many snow plow's from mahoning county neck to neck.   This is a weekend and a advisory was posted not to travel if not needed  I work on Mahoning Avenue and watched all day the road crew working.

Has there been a snow plow on your street yet?

I live on a bus route, and my street also services Youngstown State University, but the snow plow made only a single pass this morning. The snow is being packed down, and thankfully those brave enough to take their cars out are driving safely. BUT not only is this a WRTA route, but the school busses use this street heavily.
