When will Y-town get a new downtown development director

Does this mayor do anything in office besides drive around in his new SUV?

I learned about two other mayoral delays.

The Code Enforcement Dirctor's position has not been filled.

The grass cutting program is on hold.  The city administration has not signed a contract with YNDC to run the grass cutting program for this year.  Each day that goes by the grass will grow higher and be more difficult to cut.

When will Tito get off his butt and name a director for downtown events? Can't believe the vetting process is this tough...>Also I heard downtown festivals
can expect no funds fro the city to help pay for the weekend festivals.....what gives? But Tito gets a brand new car!!!!!!
