My friend Tom from Boston (a former Youngstown resident) passed this information along to me.

The old Idora Park carousel was built by the Philadelphia Tobaggan Company back in 1992.
The Wallentas's (since divorced) purchased the unit as a whole at the Idora auction in 1985 and Jane has finally completed a full restoration of it.  At this time it is only available for viewing in Brooklyn, NY, until a permanent home can be found.
