I walked past the business this morning.  The building is full of stuff.  There is a rotting pumpkin in the front window.

Just Heard On The Street

A North Phelps Street businessman has been locked out of his business and can not gain access to his building to retrieve his belongings.

Note - It was reported months ago that the same building was sold at sheriff's sale.
