Best way to do a fundraising like that is to make them secure their pledge with a credit card. The Over the Edge Youngstown has each person who fundraises secure their spot (to go over the edge) with a credit card, if you don't raise the $1000.00 by the time of the event your card is charged the difference..

There is a story in today's local newspaper indicating that $2,000,000 in expenses for the renovation of The Rayen Stadium will have to be paid by the school system.

Fundraising pledges made by Rayen alumni and friends have not been forthcoming.
