There are a lot of these signs on a pole at the corner of East Midlothian and South Avenue (near the McDonald's).

I agree. Get on top of this before it gets out of hand.
I have not seen this (yet) on the north side.

My very strongest advice to you is that you take down one of them and turn it over to the Community Police Officer in your area and not just mention it here and wait for someone else to do it for you because those strips can only be obtained with a Doctors perscription. There is something very fishy going on here and the Police need to know about it.

I've been seeing a lot of new signs posted on utility poles around the city.

This one states that someone is paying for diabetic test strips.   I'm pretty sure there is something wrong with this venture.
