We need local control or these spills and leaks will happen again and again.

Please feel free to start a public refefendum to have state law changed if you feel
strongly about this......

The ODNR is not capable of overseeing this industry.   How many rusty crude oil tanks are in Ohio?  Most likely there are thousands of them and ODNR doesn't know how many are about to leak.

We need local control or these spills and leaks will happen again and again.

Do you think the Ohio Department of Natural Resources was doing a good job monitoring and regulating the oil and gas industry???

Just look at the condition of that rusty tank.   Even a five year old would know that something was wrong.

Look at the condition of this tank.  It is rusted beyond belief.
The tank's owners should be fined for negligence.

Don't expect BG to respond my friend ... that person never responds even to serious questions.

BG, complains about the public drinking a little oil, but says nothing about the public drinking a lot of sh%#!
This tells us what type of mindset these fake environmental activist have.  They never decry nuclear, fetilizers,  nor sewer, but just oil as what their masters brainwash them to do.

A crude oil spill in Brookfield Township, Ohio now threatens the water supply for 75,000 residents living in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio.

Water customers in these areas have been asked to conserve water until this toxic threat has been cleaned up.
