State takeover of Youngstown City School District...

People say the legislation was rushed.

It SHOULD have happened SOONER.

Hopefully, lawmakers can better hash things out to benefit the students of
Youngstown and get them a better education.

Finally, the reboot everyone has been waiting for......too bad Dr. Hathorne
(sp?) wasn't allowed to implement more of his ideas.  I think some people need
to be let go.  For the school system to be in academic distress all of this time is
totally unacceptable and the board of education needs to bear responsibility for
this fact along with the staff and administration of the schools themselves.
