On the way back from shopping this morning on Belmont Avenue the Expressway was shut down and we had to take the long way to get home via South Avenue. If you need to go anywhere, make up your mind to avoid the Expressway. Why wasn't it published that most of the Expressawy would be closed? The strange part about it was that we took the expressway to get to Belmont Ave, and there was nosign of roadwork, but on our way back YPD had the ramp blocked and there were signs up. The Himrod section was also closed. Who does the work on the Expressway?
