Youngstown Soup

It could have been a good organization, the few Soups that they've had were successful. But they didn't have a real board in the beginning, just a loosely formed committee. and one of them liked to do things on his own without consulting the rest of the committee 'members'. He wouldn't change, so a few of them left.

Now that they have a board, of sorts, still seems to be unorganized.
It really could be a good organization if they'd get their act together.
