I couldn't agree with you more Peggy. It's criminal what is happening here in Youngstown. The neighborhoods are crumbling down all around us, but the swines running revitalization are wallowing in rot gut whiskey downtown.

Furthermore, the idea IS NOT NEW, the idea is as old as Abe's sweaty shorts, and just as useless.

Tired old focus only on downtown.  Why not take a city wide approach?

What is new or great about this? Certainly it's not "new" because the city has used this idea in the past, nor is it unique, because just about every city has used this idea to promote their downtown. If this is the best this group can come up with, they aught to be ashamed of thewmselves.
