Don't know if it is a teen doing it. I do know that the teens said it isn't a gang.

This is the one located under the Mahoning Avenue bridge.  The photo disappeared when I attempted to move the topic

Did you post about the snake previously?
Where are they all? Is there one in the park under the bridge?

Both of these were on occupied commercial buildings.  Should the building owners have to incur the expense of removal?  The teen, if caught, should have to pay to repaint the buildings to a uniform color.

I heard that this is the work of a sole tagger from the neighborhood teens and not a gang... and unfortunately they all think it is very cool.

I found two more paintings of the snake.  They were probably painted by the same person who did the one on the Mahoning Avenue bridge.  Does anyone know if these paintings are gang related?
