Ice Covered Downtown Sidewalks

Some of downtown Youngstown's sidewalks are a hazard because they are covered with ice.  The city administration has to embark on a program to force downtown property owners to clear their sidewalks of both ice and snow.  A very bad situation exists on the northeast corner of Central Square.
