September 26, 1926 - WKBN went on the air with a 100 watt transmitter.
October 1928 - WKBN gets a 500 watt transmitter.
September 1929 - WKBN joins the CBS radio network.
January 1939 - WKBN goes to 1000 watts.
1940 - WKBN gets full use of 570 kcs. Previously they shared the frequence with WOSU in Columbus.
March 1942 - WKBN goes to 5000 watts.
August 1947 - WKBN-FM goes on the air.
January 1953 - WKBN-TV goes on the air.
