Mill Creek Park Board Accused Of Sunshine Law Violation

Actually, two attorneys serve on the Mill Creek Park Board.

Now the Mill Creek Park Board will have to hold a special meeting to rectify their mistake.

Isn't an attorney on the Mill Creek Park Board?  You would think he would know better.

It appears as though the Mill Creek Park Board violated the Sunshine Law by appointing the park's new executive director prior to a public meeting.

This is all the more reason why citizens have to watch all aspects of our governing bodies.
