Fifth Ave in front of the Help Hotline bldg needs it badly.  People from there, as well as residents and staff from Park Vista, and YSU students use that bus stop several times daily.

The WRTA is purchasing several new passenger shelters.

In your opinion, where should some of these new shelters be located?
