OSHA: 22 Vallourec citations

Vallourec needs to address these issues immediately.  Steel mills have always been a
hazardous environment but in this day and age there is no reason to have all the violations.

As far as open floor areas with no railings, etc - why didn't anyone catch these types of
violations when the plant was first built and opened?  These sound like design shortcomings
within some  areas of the plant......

It will be interesting to see if and how Vallourec appeals the violations and what the outcome is.
Worker safety should and MUST trump everything else.  I remember hearing horror stories
from my Grandpa Alden (30 years plus at J&L Steel) about accidents at the mill, workers
getting burned, etc.
