The Mahoning County Board of Elections will have everything in place by the end of the month.

There just may be three charter issues on the ballot in Youngstown.

The two Youngstown Charter Amendments are not on the ballot linked to below.
On the list of candidates and issues currently on the Mahoning County BOE web site the two Youngstown Charter Amendments are not listed begging the question, if Absentee Ballots are already printed and will be sent out without the two Charter Amendments, this will cause a huge problem even if subsequent ballots have them on the ballots,  for there will not be any way of knowing how many Youngstowners didn't have an opportunity to vote on the Charter Amendments.

If you voted in the May 6 Primary Election, you helped to determine your party's candidates for the fall General Election which will be held on Tuesday, November 4.  People of other parties also determined their candidates in the May Primary Election.

According to the news, early voting in Ohio will begin September 30, 2014 which begs the question how will we know who is running for what office before the September 30, date?
Two months before the traditional first tuesday of November.
