BREAKING CHARTER AMENDMENT NEWS

I realize the the 4th and 5th Ward Councilmen are the leads, and perhaps I'm a little harsh on Phil "J. C.." Kidd. I also realize that such a move wouldn't stop neighborhood groups and block watches from being just as active as they have in the past.
Lets face it though...what two wards will be affected?
The 5th and 7th Wards ... two of the most stable areas of the city, and two of the safest according to YPD unless you want to call YPD liars. The 4th Ward will get most of the 5th, but all of the 7th will be absorbed into the 6th Ward ... the single worst ward in the city ... even worst than the 2nd Ward, and the most dangerous Ward in the City with zero growth.

Now the question arises ... suppose the Charter Amendment is defeated in November what will phil kidd's legend do? Keep putting it on the ballot until they get the results they want?
