Why is it that downtown is held to such a high standard, regarding "bars?"  A place called Texas Roadhouse recently opened on 224 in Boardman.  They serve alcohol, yet I read no bellyaching about it here...

Just a rhetorical question: what percentage of eateries on 224 serve alcohol, and how does that compare with the percentage of eateries downtown that serve alcohol?

Oh joy ... another booze parlor for drunken lushes to wallow in ... just where is this palace for drunks going to be located ... near the Children's Museum? That's all we need ... more falling down drunks stinking up downtown Youngstown.

Look for a new downtown theme bar coming to the Central Square area.
