J Wms is a Paper Pushing No Results Mayor
It troubles me to admit this, but Mayor Church Boy has no ideas at all to improve Youngstown.  He is showing himself as being afraid of his own community by shifting the blame for crime to someone else or just commenting that he didn't know. 

He was elected because we thought he had some answers...the voters were wrong!  This mayor is a weak kneed joke...He looks scared and he is scared.
He takes his lead from Artis Gillam and everyone knows that...Gillam has never had a clue about helping Youngstown.  Gillam's quest is to enrich himself and to hell with the rest of us.

J Wms is now hiring more do nothing paper pushers at City Hall...No city level job should be worth $60,000 in income...This is a rip off by our city leaders and I can't wait to Vote them all out of office!
