Did you think that the City Leaders could just turn Downtown Youngstown into Party Central and ignore the surrounding Black communities? 

No..No..No..,"Stick-Um Up and Drop It Like It's Hot...That's all they [the Party Goers] will hear!

Don't ignore the Black Inner City Communities...Because you won't be able to stop the robbing until you [our City Leaders] start to practice real economic inclusion.
