Why Not Youngstown? Morgantown City Council Bans Fracking!

I have to agree with you Rick ... Youngstown has everything to gain ... AND EVERYTHING TO LOSE ... if we turn our back on what has fallen into our laps. If we throw away this opportunity we will never get another one like this or any other for that matter.

Youngstown is reinventing itself as the capital of Utica Shale  and we certainly are reaping the benefits of it.  500 million at V&M Star, city residents stand to make MILLIONS off of leasing and the city can finally GET AHEAD of the housing demolition problem with their lease bonuses.  Really, if Ytown bans drilling in the city it would for once and for all show the world how STUPID this valley has become.
