The best part is that it is not section 8, and coupled with the Reality Building which also is not section 8 which is an incentive for retail businesses to locate downtown.

The number of empty apartments in the Erie Terminal is quickly shrinking as more tenants move in. This is great news for downtown Youngstown. All the single bedroom apartments are occupied and only a few 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are still empty.
